03-05-5003 Vegetarian Ayurvedic Cuisine - cooking class for B1 and higher level

More and more people are becoming interested in Ayurvedic cuisine, which has been an integral part of Indian culture for thousands of years thanks to its colorful dishes, type-appropriate recipes and culinary diversity.

The basic principles of Ayurvedic cooking will be briefly explained and discussed before we prepare delicious starters, main courses and desserts according to Ayurvedic recipes. Ghee and paneer are freshly made during the course. The menu will be rounded off with an Ayurvedic drink.

The course is vegetarian and open to participants from language level English B1.
